Wide Open Agriculture’s Board is committed to administering its policies and procedures with openness and integrity. The Board pursues the true spirit of corporate government commensurate with the Company’s needs. The Company has adopted, to the extent applicable, The Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (4th edition), as published by ASX Corporate Governance Council Recommendations.
The Board maintains a cost-effective and practical method of directing and managing the Company given its current size and nature. As the Company develops in size, nature and scope the size of the Board and the implementation of additional corporate governance structures will be reviewed.
