LP90
Made from lupin that has been de-oiled using an eco-friendly process, this protein has a neutral flavour and excellent emulsification and solubility. This free-flowing spray-dried powder has low viscosity and no heat gelation, making it ideal for beverage applications and beyond.
BP80F
Our proprietary functionalisation process yields a product with enhanced gelation, solubility and sensory characteristics, making it ideal for a multitude of applications. The protein is spray-dried for easy incorporation.
Lupin Kernel Fibre
The largely insoluble fibre is a valuable co-product exhibiting excellent techno-functional properties in water and oil-binding capacity, solubility, emulsion stability and heat-stable viscosity. It’s neutral colour and clean taste make it an excellent option for supporting digestive health across a range of food and beverage applications.

Lupin Kernel Oil
